Czech Radio launches live Ukrainian Broadcasting
Baku/08.03.22/Turan: In response to a request by the Ukrainian public broadcaster UA:PBC, Czech Radio has launched an internet stream of the UA:PBC radio broadcast in Ukrainian.
The stream will be available on the audio portal and in the mobile application mujRozhlas.cz. The aim of the project is to make information about the war in Ukraine available daily to refugees and Ukrainians in the Czech Republic.
Czech Radio’s external service, Radio Prague International, will also launch a new podcast next week called “News for Ukrainians in the Czech Republic,” which will focus on practical information for Ukrainian refugees in Czechia.—0—

On January 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree increasing the salaries of employees in several organizations funded by the state budget. According to the decree, the monthly salaries of managerial and other employees in around 20 institutions (including the Presidium, Apparatus, and Ganja Branch of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and the Heydar Aliyev Center) will increase by an average of 15% starting January 1, 2025.
