During week, ANAMA employees neutralized hundreds of mines and shells on liberated lands
Baku/28.08.23/Turan: From August 21 to 27, 256 anti-personnel and 92 anti-tank mines, as well as 71 unexploded shells were defused in Terter, Aghdam, Khojavend, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadly, Jabrail and Zangilan.
This is reported by the National Mine Clearance Agency "ANAMA" dated August 28.
In the reviewed period, 528 hectares were cleared of mines. Since the end of the Second Karabakh War in November 2020, more than 300 Azerbaijani citizens have been blown up in the liberated territories.-0-

In a bid to modernize and regulate the taxi industry in Baku, mobile patrols of the state traffic police have launched a series of raids aimed at ensuring that taxi drivers comply with newly established requirements. These patrols, conducted in collaboration with the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), have also extended to the neighboring city of Sumgayit, according to the Baku City State Traffic Police Department.
