Earthquake on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia
Baku/16.01.22/Turan: An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 occurred this morning at 07.25 in the territory of the Zangilan region of Azerbaijan. The source of the earthquake lay at a depth of 6 kilometers, according to the Republican Seismological Service Center under the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
In the epicenter, the strength of the tremors was 5 points, in the surrounding areas - 3-4 points.
According to Armenian sources, the earthquake was also felt in the adjacent regions of Armenia, as well as in Khankendi.—05B06-
