Eldar Azizov: Commission Created to Solve Problem of Houses without Documents
Baku / 05/17/19 / Turan: A special commission has been created in connection with the problem of houses without documents. This was announced today by the head of the Baku Executive Power, Eldar Azizov, during a meeting with the residents of the village of Balajary.
He noted that the registration of ownership of private homes is one of the most troubling issues for the residents.
"This is a problem that has accumulated over the decades. The President gave relevant instructions to solve the problem. We have created a working group, and work is under way with other relevant structures to solve this problem," Azizov said.
At the same time, in the process of documentation of individual houses additional difficulties arise, and therefore the solution of problems takes time. However, the issue is under control and will find its solution.
Recall that, according to official data, over 700 thousand houses have been built in the capital and suburbs, the documentation of which was recognized as possible.
In 2011, the President of Azerbaijan gave instructions on the design of documentation for these houses, but the problem is still not resolved.
This issue was again updated after the signing of the presidential decree of February 19, 2019 to simplify the commissioning of high-rise residential buildings. -06D--
