Fines for Officials, Legal Entities for Violation of Quarantine to Be Tightened
Baku / 16.12.20 / Turan: Fines for violation of quarantine will be tightened. This follows from the proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses. The amendments will be submitted to the Milli Mejlis for approval on December 18.
So, for violation of the anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes, individuals will be fined from 200 to 400 manats, and officials - from 4 to 10 thousand manats. In some cases, the punishment will be in the form of administrative arrest up to one year. The fine for legal entities will be from 5 to 11 thousand manats.
Thus, fines for officials will increase, which previously ranged from 3,000 to 4,000 manats, and for legal entities - from 4,000 to 10,000 manats. -02D-
