Forecasters predict stormy winds in Baku in the next two days
Baku/10.10.23/Turan: Starting from the afternoon on October 11 to noon on October 12, a strong north-westerly wind of 15-20 m/s is expected in Baku and Absheron. At times, the wind strength will reach 23-28 m/ s, and in some places of the peninsula up to 30-32 m/ s, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service of the country.
In the regions of the country, unstable weather will continue until the morning of October 12, at times there will be rains, in places of a torrential nature. There is a chance of snow in the highlands. The strength of the westerly wind will reach 15-20 m/s, at times - 23-25 m/s. On October 11 afternoon, the wind will increase to 30 m/s in some areas.
In the rivers of the Greater and Lesser Caucasus, an increase in water content, short-term floods and mudflows are expected. ---06B---

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees.
