Former rector of BSU Abel Maharramov was sued
Baku/19.04.21/Turan: A preparatory meeting on the claim against the former rector of the BSU Abel Maharramov and the former vice rector Nabi Ramazanli will be held today at 15:00 in the Yasamal District Court, chaired by Vahid Hajiyev.
The plaintiff is Ismikhan Mirzoev. The subject of the claim, as indicated on the portal of the Electronic Court, is “compliance with obligations”.
“Several years ago we carried out furniture work at the defendants' facilities, but we still cannot get money for this,” the plaintiff told Turan. — 06D-
