Four People Killed in Accidents
Baku/12.01.21/Turan: Four people were killed in accidents in the past day. According to the report of the Garadagh regional prosecutor's office, on January 11, an explosion occurred at a metal-smelting enterprise in the Gobustan settlement. As a result, the worker Asif Mustafayev died from his injuries.
A criminal case was filed under Article 162.2 (violation of labor protection rules, resulting in the death of a person by negligence) of the Criminal Code.
In the Gushchulug massif of the Khirdalan city three people died from carbon monoxide. A criminal case was filed under Article 314.3 (negligence resulting in the death of two or more people) of the Criminal Code. -03D06-
