Abnormally hot weather continues in Azerbaijan not for the first day. So, on May 17 in Baku and Absheron changeable dry weather is expected. The air temperature will be 15-20 Celsius at night and it will rise to 29-34 degrees by day.
In areas of the country the weather will also be dry. But in the morning some places will be foggy and in the evening in some western areas thunderstorms are expected.
In the central lowlands, the air will warm up to 33-38 degrees during the day, which is an anomaly for the middle of May.
Such heat can cause rapid melting of snow in the mountains and as a consequence, floods. -16D04-
