Baku/08.06.23/Turan: On June 9, no rain is expected in Baku and Absheron, the north-westerly wind will change to south-easterly in the afternoon. The air temperature at night will be +17 +22°, during the day +25 +30°, the National Hydrometeorology Service under the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan reports.
No precipitation is expected in most regions of Azerbaijan.
However, in the afternoon in the northern and western regions there will be occasional rains, torrential rains are expected in some, and hail is possible; fog and moderate wind is expected in some areas in the morning and evening.
The air temperature at night will be +15 +20 °, during the day +27 +32 °. In the mountains, +5 +10° is expected at night, +13 +18° during the day. -05B06-.

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
