Ilham Aliyev appoints the parliamentary elections of November 1
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today signed a decree appointing regular elections to the parliament of the country for November 1, 2015. Under the law, the election of the new convocation of parliament are held by the majority system every five years on the first Sunday of November. The parliament elects 125 deputies in single-mandate constituencies. The elections to the parliament will be the fifth since independence of Azerbaijan.—06d--
