In St. Petersburg, an Azerbaijani is accused of attacking a bus driver
Baku/27.12.17/Turan: Alizadeh Mustafayev was detained in Petersburg, who, after a traffic conflict, almost killed a bus driver with children. Right before the eyes of young children, Mustafayev, after a petty quarrel, tried to slaughter his opponent. On the night of December 27, Mustafayev himself surrendered to the police. As for the partner of the detainee, she cannot find it yet. The Russian Federation's report on the detention of Mustafayev mentions that he has been brought to trial on two counts: "attempted murder" (part 3 of Article 30, part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and "hooliganism" (paragraph "a" part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In the near future, investigators should apply to the court to elect a measure of restraint for the detainee.
