Baku/03.11.23/Turan: In the Terter region, a civilian was blown up by a mine, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan reported.
The incident occurred at about 1 a.m. on November 3 in the village of Borsunlu.
As a result of the explosion, Ali Agalarov, born in 1999, suffered a traumatic amputation of his right foot. His condition is assessed as moderate, treatment continues in the hospital, the Prosecutor General's Office noted.
The Terter District Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into this fact.
According to the regional press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a mine explosion occurred near a local pasture.
According to official data, after the end of the 44-day war on November 10, 2020, 335 Azerbaijani citizens were injured as a result of mine explosions, including 65 killed and 270 injured.—06B-
