Journalists to be vaccinated separately in Azerbaijan
Baku/08.04.21/Turan: The vaccination of the journalists in Azerbaijan will take place in the Press Council, the statement of the head of the joint venture Aflatun Amashev.
Journalists will be vaccinated with a Chinese-made drug CoronaVAC.
According to Amashev, the Press Council has already received more than 150 applications from various media outlets.
For registration, it is necessary to indicate the name, surname and mobile phone number of the journalist, Amashev said. It is necessary to have an ID card with you; 50 people will be vaccinated daily, Amashev added.
However, he did not explain whose initiative it was to vaccinate journalists separately. It is also not clear why this will be carried out not in a specialized medical institution, but in the Press Council. -02D-
