In accordance with the Presidential decree, a Knowledge Fund under the Azerbaijani President is created.
The decree by Ilham Aliyev said that the Fund aims to promote knowledge and facilitate the dissemination of knowledge in accordance with the requirements of modern computer science, economics, ecology , national and spiritual values of Azerbaijan.
The staff employees of the Fund is set at 20 people. The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to prepare within three months and submit the head of state the Provision of the Fund , to solve organizational and financial issues. However, the decree does not specify what exactly the Fund will deal with. -02D-
