Ministry of Environment on the causes of smoke emission from the Baku Oil Refinery
Baku / 07.25.19 / Turan: Due to the strong emission of smoke the night before from the flare system of the Baku Oil Refinery (Refinery), experts from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources conducted monitoring at the enterprise and around it.
According to the Ministry of Environment, it was found that a strong smoke emit occurred as a result of a technical malfunction in one of the operational areas of the plant. The investigation is ongoing, additional information will be provided to the public. -16D--
