A minor has been arrested in the high-profile fatal road accident in Imishli region, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office reported today.
During the investigation it was established that the emergency situation was created by local resident Beylar Bayramly (born in 2008). He stole his relative's Mercedes-Benz-190 car without having a driving licence.
Having violated traffic rules, he provoked a collision with a BMW police car, resulting in the death of two children.
After the accident, Bayramly attempted to flee the scene, abandoning the wrecked car.
The regional prosecutor's office opened a criminal case against him under Articles 185.1 (unlawful possession of a car), 263-1.4 (violation of traffic rules by a person without a licence and causing the death of two or more persons) and 264 (leaving the scene of an accident) of the Criminal Code.
By the court's decision, Bayramly was arrested.
Representatives of the minor were unavailable for comment.

Было бы наивно, и, предпологать, что виновником ДТП будут сотрудники, участники дорожно потрульной службы. Потрульная машина издалека видела ,что машина выехала на перекрё ток и должна была предпринять соответствующие меры ,чтобы избежать ,всякой меры происшествия. Это с какой же скоростью ЛИХАЧИЛА потрульня машина ,что она не могла своевремерно предотвратить происшествия. Если бы этот наезд совершила бы ,любая другая, гражданская машина то ОДНОЗНАЧНО!!!!! она былабы винавата в этом ДТП!!!!!!
