Nearly 900 people turned to Clinical Medical Center with poisonings and stings in August
Baku/01.09.22/Turan: Total 889 people complained of poisoning to Baku Clinical Medical Center in August. This is reported by the CMC.
Note that 164 people were admitted to the toxicology department, the rest were released home after primary care.
Of those hospitalized, 74 patients were poisoned from medications, 26 from vinegar, 1 from carbon monoxide, 2 from mushrooms and 11 from ethyl alcohol.
Besides, two people were admitted to the hospital after anaphylaxis (allergic shock), 12 - allergic reactions, 2 - botulism.
Twenty-eight patients were hospitalized after snake bites and six after insect bites. Of those hospitalized, 61 were women, 77 were men, and 26 were children. Of these, 7 people died (3 men, 4 women). -05D06-

On January 14, a strategic partnership charter was signed between Armenia and the United States (U.S.). One Indian citizen was killed, and another was injured in an incident at a company in the Absheron district. The General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan reported the incident on January 13.
