New anti-record - almost 600 infected with COVID-19 per day
Baku/24.06.20/Turan: 590 new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Azerbaijan, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on Wednesday.
Over the past day, 265 recovered, seven patients died.
In total, 14305 facts of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Azerbaijan.
Of these, 7,768 recovered, 174 - died, 6,363 - are being treated in special treatment hospitals.
To identify cases of coronavirus infection, 441,961 test studies were carried out, including 9,103 over the last day.
Today's rate of infection is the highest since the start of the pandemic. The previous record was recorded on June 23, when 508 new cases of infection with COVID-19 were reported. —06D--
