NGOs have won the legal battle "Azercell"
Litigation at the suit of the NGO "Ghasr" against Ltd. "Azercell Telekom" launched on June 25, 2013, ended on 30 March. This NGO is engaged in the protection of cultural heritage, demanded dismantling of the antenna of the mobile operator "Azercell Telekom" from the railway station building at Azadlig Avenue 22, as well as payment 100 manat by the defendant for the examination.
Ultimately, the NGO managed to win the case in court and Supreme Court, rejecting an appeal "Azercell Telekom", and put an end to this matter. -06D-
