Baku/21.01.23/Turan: Because of careless handling of his father's hunting rifle at home, a nine-year-old childshot his seven-year-old cousin. The latter was taken to the hospital with a bullet wound to the chest, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
Police officers seized a hunting weapon "Churchill" with the relevant documents on it at the scene.
A lawsuit has been filed on the fact under the Article 131 (infliction of serious damage to health by negligence) of the Criminal Code.
