Baku / 04.24.21 / Turan: For an offense during vaccination in Baku, one person was administratively arrested, one was involved in community service, and another one was fined.
According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, on April 21, during the process of vaccination against the COVID-19 pandemic in secondary school No. 26, located in the Khazar district of Baku, the nurses Tabassum Kerimova and Sudaba Mamedyarova created the appearance of vaccination against coronavirus in relation to Samir Gezyalov who made such an offer to the nurses. Samir Gezalov was then registered as vaccinated against COVID-19, but the vaccine provided by the state for free was wasted.
These persons were charged under Articles 211.1 (violation of the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes) and 227 (petty embezzlement) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
By the decision of the Khazar District Court, an administrative arrest was applied to Samir Gezalov for a period of 30 days, to Sudaba Mamedyarova - 200 hours of community service, and Tabassum Kerimova - a fine of 400 manats.
The persons subject to administrative punishment and their lawyers have not yet commented on this information. -03-
