Opened tunnel junction on the square Ganjlik
With the participation of the Head of State was held the opening ceremony of the five tunnels transport hub in front of the metro station Ganjlik.
The cost of the project is not reported. The work was done in the past two years.
The contractor of the project was JSC Industrial Construction Investment Corporation Accord. The project was developed by the Singapore company Surbana International Consultants, Project Supervisor - Turkish company Pro Yap? Proje Insaat.
Under the project, they built 6 tunnels with a total length of 2,500 meters, a width of 8-15,5 meters and a height of 5.5 meters .
The road junctions connect Ataturk Avenue with Vagif Avenue and Ataturk Avenue with Tebriz Avenue across the street Ahmed Bey Agaoglu.
Cars driving in Tebriz Avenue will be able to travel directly to Darnagul highway.
The transport hub will increase traffic from 2,340 to 11,000 vehicles per hour. - 06B-
