In the morning there were reports of violations during the parliamentary elections.
For example, the headquarters of a candidate from the bloc Freedom 2015 on the Sabirabad First Constituency No 63 Panah Huseyn reported mass violations in this district.
At polling station No. 7 of the district the head of the precinct election commission (PEC) kept the majority of the ballots in a safe in another room. Only after protests of the observers, the head of the commission agreed to bring all the papers into the voting room.
Strangers appeared at Polling Station No 11 during the voting. Despite the protests of the observers, they were not removed.
At the 13th polling station the chairman of the PEC gave observers a place in a remote corner, from where the ballot boxes were poorly visible. At the same time, a man was caught red-handed with three ballots. The fact was documented.
A candidate from the 23rd Nasimi-Sabail district (in the center of Baku), a member of the movement Republican Alternative (REAL) Azer Gasimli declared total falsification in his district.
"Since 8:00 in the morning, total fraud has been taking place in the 23rd Nasimi-Sabail district. In all the polling stations a method of "carousel" is used along with massive ballot stuffing, while the police are present at the sites. We complained to the head of the district election commission. After that, in all the polling stations pressure began on our election commission members with an advisory vote. They were required to remove the video I posted on my Facebook page, otherwise they would be arrested. All this gives reason to believe that these falsifications are controlled from a single center," Gasimli wrote on his page on Facebook.
In the 23-second video released by Gasimli and apparently filmed secretly, an argument is heard between two men, whose faces are not visible. The estimated observer protested against the fact that the head of the precinct election commission sent a group of people into the voting booth without checking their identity cards. -06D-
