Over 1000 COVID-19 infections per day
Baku/06.10.21/Turan: Over the past day, 1,009 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 1,378 patients have recovered, 12 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on October 6.
To date, 488,213 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country, of which 468,421 people have been cured, 6,611 have died, treatment of 13,181 active patients continues.
Over the past day, 9828 tests have been carried out in the country.
Also, 45 948 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 per day.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 13,019, with the second - 32,929.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 8,841,520. Within the first stage of vaccination, 4,837,342 people were vaccinated, the second stage - 4,004,178 people. — 06D-
