Baku/07.12.21/Turan: Over 1,300 cases of driving by persons having no driving license were revealed in Baku during 11 months of the year, the traffic police of the capital reported.
Note that these persons caused 39 traffic accidents following which 18 people died and 29 were injured.-050D-
