Baku / 16.09.20 / Turan: On September 15, the Mingechevir police detained an activist of the Popular Front party Jeyhun Rzayev.
As reported in the PFPA, the reason for this was a poster on Rzayev's car, on which it was written: "Freedom to Tofig Yagublu" and the oppositionist himself was depicted.
