Baku / 18.06.20 / Turan: At 5 p.m. on Thursday, a group of activists of the Popular Front party held a protest rally against police violence during the quarantine period.
The rally was held in a park near the monument of Samad Vurgun near the railway station of the capital. Participants chanted slogans condemning police violence against residents of the Yeni Yasamal massif on June 7-8.
A few minutes later police arrived at the scene and detained the protesters and delivered them to the police station.
Recall that a similar action was held on June 16th by a group of women social activists. -03B-
