The Institute of Peace and Democracy has established an award named Isakhan Ashurov, which is awarded to lawyers, officers, citizens who have shown courage, honor and dignity in the struggle for the rule of law and rights in the struggle for the liberation of Azerbaijan from all kinds of occupation.
"An outstanding citizen, an officer of honor, Isakhan Ashurov honor all his life defended his country and its citizens from invaders and criminals," said the director of IPD Leila Yunus. -02D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
