The protests with social demands in the town Siazan (90 km north of Baku), which started yesterday, turned into clashes with police. The night before the police began arresting the protesters. However, hundreds of people gathered in front of the executive power on the morning of January 13, 2016, demanding release of the detainees. Police used tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the people. Special Forces were brought to the town....
