Sabirabad resident who lost his committed a suicide
Baku/05.04.21/Turan: A 71-year-old resident of the Asadli village of the Sabirabad region, Abbasov Isfendiyar, committed suicide on Monday. He threw himself from the “Javad” bridge into the Kura River.
In a suicide note left in a car parked at the site of the suicide, Abbasov Isfendiyar indicated that he did it because of the disappearance of his son Ziya Abbasov. He went missing a year ago and since then it has not been possible to clarify his fate, the regional correspondent of Turan reports, citing sources in local law enforcement agencies.
According to local residents, the man was very upset by the disappearance of his son and even went on the TV program "Looking for You".
EMERCOM employees found the body of the deceased at 50 metres from the river bank.
The day before, a man threw himself from the said bridge, but he was rescued. -06B-
