Scandal in the village of Novkhani - the bas-relief of Rasulzade is stolen
Baku / 01.15.19 / Turan: A bronze bas-relief on the house where the founder of the Azerbaijan People's Republic was born (1918-1920) Mamedemin Rasulzade was abducted by unknown persons last night.
The search for intruders are futile, Turan was told in the municipality of this village of Absheron district.
According to the same source, in the morning, representatives of the executive branch and the police arrived at the scene; an investigation and search for a bas-relief is underway.
The bas-relief was installed in 1992 on the wall of a house belonging to the Rasulzade family. In the same village there is the only monument in Azerbaijan to the founder of the Academy of Sciences. -05D-
