Separatists in Karabakh strengthen austerity regime
Baku/01.07.23/Turan: The leadership of the separatist regime has decided to strengthen the austerity regime in the region, Armenian media report. So, from next week, restrictions are introduced in the activities of catering facilities. To “unload” public transport, employees of the “state system” are transferred to remote work from home.
Over the next week, sugar and butter sales points for families with children under 18 will be set up in Khankendi and regional centers. The sale of these products will be organized through local governments.
Users from the Armenian-populated part of Karabakh report a shortage of bread. Photos of bread lines are being posted on social media. It is also reported that due to lack of fuel, farmers are heading to the fields on foot.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani side offered peacekeepers and the Red Cross to use the Agdam-Khankendi road to meet the humanitarian needs of the Armenian population of the region.—06B-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
