Site founder arrested for extortion
Baku/12.07.21/Turan: The founder of the website www.sheffaf.az Namik Amrahov was arrested on charges of attempting to extort from the head physician of the polyclinic number 36 in Baku.
The message of the Sabunchi district prosecutor's office, Amrahov has been blackmailing the head physician Ramida Ibrahimova since 2018 by posting defamatory information to the media. In exchange, he received about 2 thousand manats from her.
In fact, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit under the Article 182.2.2 (repeated extortion through threats) and 308.1 (abuse of office). He was arrested by a court decision.-05D-
