Soldiers shot two others and killed himself

As the press service of the Defense Ministry said, Private Behrouz Agakishiev shot his colleague Neyman Abdullayev and wounded Kamran Ahmedov. Thereafter Agakishiev shot himself.
The wounded soldier was taken to hospital The criminal case is under investigation of the Military Prosecutor's Office.
The motives and the scene were not disclosed. The incident looks like a manifestation of hazing. -16D-
