Ten drug couriers detained, and three kilogram of drugs seized
Baku/20.09.22/Turan: As a result of during the operational activities carried out by the employees of the Nasimi district police department, 10 people involved in drug trafficking were detained last night.
Three kg of drugs in the form of heroin, opium and the psychotropic substance methamphetamine were seized.
The operations were carried out in the Papanin, Kubinka and other streets known as drug distribution sites.
The detainees stated that they purchased drugs from foreign citizens through online trade for personal consumption and sale. Charges were brought against them, and by court decisions all detainees were subjected to preventive measures in the form of arrest.
