Baku/03.05.22/Turan: The Baku Human Rights Club (BCHR) provided free legal assistance to 95 citizens. In total, the organization received more than 120 applications from February 1 to May 1 this year, the head of the BCHR Rasul Jafarov told Turan. The human rights organization is implementing this project with the support of the NGO State Support Agency. According to Jafarov, the organization's lawyers provided free assistance to citizens on various issues.
Thus, 20 out of 95 cases concerned issues of pensions and benefits (assignment of pensions, establishment of disability, social benefits, etc.), 18 - labor relations (unjustified dismissal from work, request for certificates, etc.), 17 - property (recognition of rights to real estate , housing, etc.), 15 - family relations (divorce, alimony, etc.), 14 - inaction of state structures and law enforcement agencies (non-prosecution for a criminal act, delay in the execution of court decisions, unreasonable fines, etc.), 5 - issues of pardon, 5 - fulfillment of obligations (deferred payment of loans), 1 - ensuring educational rights (payment of scholarships).
