The Cabinet of Ministers confused citizens by announcing the alleged cancellation of the duty on registration of smartphones
Baku/09.06.22/Turan: On May 23, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed an order to abolish the state duty on state registration of mobile devices imported by individuals into the country for personal use. https://nk.gov.az/az/document/6151/
It follows from the content of the text that the 2018 Cabinet of Ministers resolution on state fees for the registration of mobile devices is cancelled. However, citizens continue to be required to pay duties for the import of mobile devices. After 30 days from the start of use, phones without registration are disconnected from cellular communications.
At the request of Turan, the Cabinet of Ministers stated that the state duty for registering mobile devices has not been canceled. As for the published resolution of the prime minister on May 23, it refers to changes in the law "On state duty" and determines the procedure for transferring state duties to the state budget.
Thus, the citizens of the country were once again convinced that persons sitting in the Cabinet of Ministers cannot clearly formulate the texts of published documents. And do not believe everything that the government publishes. And for the owners of new smartphones, prepare 150 manats for their registration.-03B06-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
