The court did not satisfy the suit of the editor-in-chief
Baku / 22.12. / Turan: Baku Administrative Economic Cour N1 rejected the claim of the editor-in-chief of infoaz.org site Namig Jafarli against the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. The reason for the investigation was the blocking of this site on the territory of Azerbaijan. The plaintiff accused the Ministry of this. However, the defendant's representative denied this, pointing out that there was no such appeal on the site infoaz.org.
Eventually, the court dismissed the claim. The editor-in-chief of the, Jafarli, said that he will appeal and at the same time apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service. He motivated it by the fact that if there is no official blocking, then it is a cyberattack against the site, and law enforcement officers should investigate it.-06D--
