The health of the disabled who committed self-immolation remains hard

Last night a disabled, Nizami Karimov, who  committed self-immolation   in Yevlakh city, was taken to  the hospital N5 in  Baku. His health  remains serious.

According to relatives , Kerimov committed self-immolation in front of the regional center of social protection of the population in protest against non-payment of his targeted social assistance.

A 45-year-old  invalid person has three children, and the only income of the family, except for disability benefits , is 57 manat.

 The Yevlakh Regional Prosecutor's Office  filed a  lawsuit  under  the Article 125 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide.)–06D--
