The International Committee of the Red Cross handed over to the parties of the Karabakh Conflict an updated list of missing persons, consisting of 4496names, the Armenian media reported.
For example, the ICRC Yerevan office said that the previous list was handed over in 2004, and then continued to work with the Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons. "The list includes the names of persons who have been reported by the ICRC delegations in Yerevan and Baku, as well as the ICRC mission in Nagorny Karabakh," said the ICRC. Red Cross representatives are confident that the updated list will help authorities combine information and intensify its efforts to clarify the fate of missing persons.
