The prosecutor's office is investigating the suicide of a soldier
Baku/08.09.21/Turan: The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit on the suicide of a soldier on September 6. The press service of the General Prosecutor's Office said that on this day the Military Prosecutor's Office of Ganja received information that a serviceman of the N unit of the country's Defense Ministry Melikzade Mammadagha shot himself from a firearm.
A lawsuit was filed under the Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan (driving to suicide). The investigation of the case has been taken under the control of the leadership of the Prosecutor General's Office, the report says.
The Ministry of Defense did not report the death of the said serviceman. -16D-
