The State Committee for Property decided to restore order in artificial lakes
Baku /21.06.18/Turan: The State Committee for Property conducted an analysis of artificial reservoirs for breeding fish, created in violation of land legislation. In the country have been revealed 529 similar water reservoirs, their data bank have been created, reads the statement of the State Committee.
According to the same source, 147 artificial reservoirs were created in violation of land legislation and were liquidated.
"There are 382 natural and artificial lakes in the country. Most of them are located on agricultural land, including the state fund. Of these, 33 are natural, and 349 are man-made reservoirs. 14 artificial fish lakes were created on the lands of the forest fund, 37 in the water fund and 298 in the agricultural lands. The administrative protocol was drawn up in 188 cases, fines were imposed in the amount of 85,000 manats.
Materials on 25 cases of illegal seizure of land were sent to law enforcement agencies for action.
During the monitoring it was found out that most of these facts were recorded by Neftechala, Salyan, Bilasuvar and Sabirabad regions. -03D-
