Baku/25.08.23/Turan: Based on the appeal of the Judicial and Legal Council (SPC), employees of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan detained Khokhrab Pashayev on suspicion of falsifying judicial documents.
Pashayev, previously convicted of fraud, embezzlement of an official and forgery of documents, since November 2022, again has been posing himself as an official, deceived citizens, promising to resolve their judicial issues, the message of the State Security Service.
For money, he gave out allegedly judicial decisions to citizens, forging QR codes.
Pashayev was brought to criminal responsibility under Articles of the Criminal Code: 178.2.2 (fraud committed repeatedly), 178.2.4 (the same actions causing significant damage), 310 (assignment of powers of an official) and 320.1 (forgery of official documents.) ---06B---

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.

During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
