Traffic police warned drivers and pedestrians about weather worsening
Baku/07.01.23/Turan: Due to the expected sharp change in weather conditions in Baku and Absheron, on January 8-12, the metropolitan traffic police department appealed to drivers and pedestrians.
Drivers were urged to first of all pay attention to the technical condition of their vehicles. “It is necessary to drive the car taking into account the compliance of the tires with the winter season, monitor the state of the windshield wipers, brake systems, control the speed and not exceed it, keep the necessary distance from the car in front, and prevent the car from skidding,” the statement of the traffic police department.
Pedestrians and other road users were also urged to follow the rules of the road more seriously in bad weather, not to endanger their lives and lives of other people. --06B--
