On 24 March a military investigations center "Doctrine" published a report on the losses in the force structures from the beginning of the year. According to the report, the number of deaths in this area amounted to 20 people. Of them only three were killed in combat. The rest losses occurred in the non-combat conditions: three road accidents, two people died in a car accident, three in a helicopter crash, two for unknown reasons, one of negligence, three from disease.
Of the dead, 16 people were representatives of the Defense Ministry, and one from the frontier services, Internal Troops, Ministry of Emergencies, the Special State Security Service.
During the same period, 14 people were wounded. Among them, the three soldiers were victims of hazing. Twelve of the wounded were the representatives of Defense Ministry. -16D-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
