Baku/23.04.21/Turan: Law enforcement authorities revealed the murder of a resident of Jalilabad Abdullayev Aflatun Iltifat oglu, born in 1963. ... Employees of the executive power of two villages of the Jalilabad region were involved in the crime.
According to the joint statement by the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office, on April 18, Abdullayev Aflatun left home in a car and did not return. After operational and investigative measures, police officers and prosecutors solved the crime in hot pursuit, establishing that the missing person had been killed. The man's body was found in the bushes near a water channel in the Sabirabad region.
It was established that the murder was committed by representatives of the Jalilabad Executive Power in the villages of Tekla and Seyidbazar - Famil Mahmudov and Zeybulla Ismayilov, as well as by Turkish citizen Kurtoglu Mehmet Ali Ismet oglu.
On the fact, the Jalilabad District Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case under Article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. Famil Mahmudov, Zeidulla Ismayilov and Mehmet Ali Kurtoglu were detained and brought to the investigation as suspects. Investigative measures continue to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
According to some reports, the murdered man was engaged in usury and the crime was committed based on a conflict between him and his debtors. — 06D-
