Virtual walk through the city center in the area of Formula-1
Baku / 20.06.17 / Turan: Traffic in the capital's center is paralyzed due to the upcoming Formula-1 race on June 22-25. Walking with the camera in the hands along a small part of the race route shows how many inconveniences this senseless idea of the authorities is giving people. In addition , there is an incredible noise that will be produced by fireballs within a few days. How many stresses and nervous tics will cause them, how many children and patients will be deprived of sleep and rest.
As well as last time, the authorities are silent about the costs of this unnecessary event, but it is enough to recall that last year the Minister of Sport Azad Rahimov did not dare to name the figures of expenses and revenues from this venture. However, experts argue that last time the expenses were 10 times higher than revenues. The talk is about tens of millions of dollars, and we can imagine the whole "benefit" from such entertainment. -02B-
