War veterans to Receive Lump Sum Cash Benefit on Victory Day
Baku / 24.04.20 / Turan: President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the payment of one-time financial assistance to persons who participated in the Second World War of 1941-1945, to the widows of soldiers who were killed or subsequently died, who were awarded orders and medals for selfless labor in the rear, and to people who survived blockade of Leningrad.
According to the document, participants in the war receive financial assistance in the amount of 1,500 manat, and representatives of other categories - 750 manat.
5.9 million manat was allocated from the Presidential Reserve Fund for these purposes. —06D

Today, January 6, the pre-election campaign for municipal elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for 23 days later, has officially begun.
