During Biden's stay in office, Washington may accept Turkey as its ally
Russia and Armenia hope that during Biden’s stay in power, Washington will perceive Turkey as its enemy, said Dmitry Suslov, Deputy Director of the Center for European and International Studies of the Russian National Research University, Deputy Director for Research Programs of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy. His opinion was published as the main post in "Sputnik", headed by Margarita Simonyan. However, an analysis of the political interests of states shows that the United States during Biden’s era has more reason to perceive Turkey as its ally.
It is no secret that among the goals of the new president, the USA to put an end to the Putin regime and Russia's dominance in the region occupies one of the main places. To achieve this goal, Washington must first ensure the withdrawal of Russia from Syria, the Caucasus and Ukraine. In each of these issues, the interests of Turkey and the United States coincide.
No matter how much the relationship between Moscow and Ankara develops, Russia narrows Turkey's place in both Syria and the Caucasus. Russia, which openly supports the YPG / PYD terrorist groups in Syria, protects the separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh under the name of a Peacekeeper and does not allow Turkish peacekeepers directly to the region.
American expert Paul Goble predicts that the Russian military contingent introduced to Karabakh will not be able to stay here for 5 years, and, as the United States suggests, neutral peacekeeping forces from the Scandinavian states will be deployed between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
This initiative is more acceptable for Azerbaijan in the current situation. Unlike Russia, which twice occupied Azerbaijan, committed the massacre on January 20 and defended open, sometimes hidden Armenia in the Karabakh war, the arrival of peacekeepers from the Scandinavian states to Azerbaijan does not pose a threat to the sovereignty of our country.
Joe Biden is not the new in the world politics, and his personal relationship with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has a long history. These relations were not smooth, but the contradictions between them did not prevent Biden from twice visiting Turkey as vice president and saying: "The alliance between the United States and Turkey is unbreakable." These contradictions did not stop Erdogan from congratulating Biden on his election victory without announcing the official results of the US presidential election.
Moreover, as Turkey is a NATO member, it is even more convincing that in the coming years, relations between Ankara and Washington will be as warm as Russia and Armenia would like, and not in the state interests of Turkey and the USA.

"Human rights" derive their foundation from justice. Justice is natural and connected to creation. From the moment of birth, this right is naturally granted to every person. Law, however, is something given — limited to what parliaments deem appropriate for us. The extent to which parliament represents justice and fairness is always a matter of debate.
